Update: Proposed agreement

Aged Care Deloraine has chosen to go out to ballot with a proposed agreement without the ANMF’s in principle support.
The proposed agreement has a low wage offer, wage increases of 2% from July 2017 and July 2018 (already passed on administratively) and minimal improvements to conditions.
ANMF was successful in negotiating 5 days paid leave per year for those with dealing Family and Domestic Violence and an extension to the Foul and Nauseous linen allowance, which will now be to be extended to all staff during outbreaks of Gastroenteritis.
