If you are a workplace delegate, then these meetings can be arranged to be in work time hours.

Medea Park Enterprise Bargaining Update
At a recent meeting between your employer and the union Medea Park took on notice several Log of Claims (LoC) items to which they will go away and consider. When we put forward members claim to certain items Medea Park stated the clauses in the current agreement were formed on the basis of previous negotiations.
We understand that previous staff members may have had different ideas around work/life balance that may not match current staff work/life balance, and we believe Medea Park need to recognise that they are bargaining for a current agreement not one based upon past negotiations.
To ensure we are presenting current members claims we have asked members to complete a quick survey around work hours/overtime and rest breaks. Your response to these questions will form the basis of our negotiations when we next meet. View the latest update.

Baptcare Karingal
Following recent correspondence between bargaining parties, the ANMF and Baptcare executives will meet today (Wednesday 5 February 2025) in an effort to come to an agreement on what can only be described as a fair wage claim by members. We remain determined to show that by paying a fair/decent pay rate the short staffing currently experienced at Baptcare Karingal could be somewhat reduced. Following this meeting the ANMF will send a newsflash to inform members what was discussed.
Meercroft Care
The ANMF is waiting to hear from your employer with a draft offer, once we have this information to hand the ANMF will circulate a newsflash to members that summarises the offer.

Glenview Community Services Enterprise Agreement Negotiations
The ANMF is continuing to engage with Glenview with a view to commencing negotiations for a new EA.
We will be looking to negotiate an agreement that reflects best-practice. It will be important to have genuine negotiation given wages and conditions at Glenview are significantly out of date. View the latest update.
Updates are correct as of 5 February 2025.
