Southern Cross Care Tasmania

In the Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining meeting on Thursday 16 October 2025, the ANMF bargaining team pressed Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT) management on how it intends to the apply the work value wage increases due this month for nurses and carers. View the latest update. 

The District Nurses

Nurses at The District Nurses should be benefiting from both the new nurses agreement and funded work value wage increases due to take effect in October 2025. View the latest update. 

Anglicare Tasmania

88% of respondents voted ‘Yes’ in the all-staff ballot on the proposed Anglicare Tasmania Inc. Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2025. View the latest update. 

Regis Aged Care

Regis Aged Care has once again delayed progress toward your replacement agreement. After a seven-week break in bargaining, parties reconvened on Monday, 13 October 2025, where the ANMF expected Regis to present a wage offer. However, Regis advised they were not prepared to do so. With no further bargaining dates confirmed, the ANMF is concerned that Regis Aged Care may be intentionally prolonging negotiations to gain an advantage.

North 

Calvary Sandhill

Members have raised concerns over a recent announcement Team Leader (TL) Enrolled Nurses (ENs) will be required to assist on the floor with ADLs; it appears if the floor is “short staffed” ENs are required to assist with morning Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while the Registered Nurse (RN) on the floor commences medication administration and wound reviews. This has left members confused as to what constitutes “short staffing” and at what point do ENs commence their responsibilities considering the RNs also have their own workloads to consider. The ANMF has written to Calvary Sandhill to seek clarity on this announcement. View the latest update 

Aged Care Deloraine

The ANMF is pleased to report that negotiations have concluded, and parties have agreed to move to a 7-day access period before voting begins. This is your opportunity to read the agreement in full, and ask any questions to seek clarity before a ballot opens on Tuesday 4 November 2025. View the latest update 

North West

Emmerton Park

Wages in Aged Care are increasing as a result of the Aged Care Work Value Case in the Fair Work Commission (FWC). The next instalment of work value wage increases for nurses and carers was due from the first full pay period after Wednesday 1 October 2025. The increases funded by the Federal Government vary depending on your classification level and pay point. View the latest update. 

Toosey Aged Care

The first bargaining meeting has occurred, parties met on Thursday 23 October 2025, where Unions presented their Log of Claims (LoC). New Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Natalie appeared keen to progress the negotiations in a timely manner, so the ANMF remain hopeful this can be achieved. The ANMF encourages members to remain up to date with bargaining by attending member meetings, or you may wish to email your ANMF Northern Organiser Nicki Hood with any queries to Nicki.hood@anmftas.org.au. 

Meercroft

The ANMF is concerned that negotiations have stalled with no correspondence from Meercroft since early October 2025.  It appears wages remain the outstanding matter that requires to be addressed before parties can move forward to conclude the negotiations.  The wage offer to date is not what was expected and remains a priority for ANMF to pursue on behalf of our members.

Queen Victoria Care

While we continue to engage with Queen Victoria Care (QV Care) management to finalise the QV Care Nurses Agreement, wage increases from the Aged Care Work Value Case have fallen due for nurses and carers. View the latest update. 

Glenview Nurses

The ANMF has asked Glenview management to reformulate what it is offering to ensure nurses receive the benefits of both Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining and funded work value wage increases due to take effect in October 2025. View the latest update.
