Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)

The ANMF is fighting to keep Rosary Gardens open while continuing to engage with Southern Cross Care Tasmanian (SCCT) management in Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining. Your ANMF bargaining team is advocating for strong protections in the EA in relation to working hours, including in regards to 10 hour shifts, handover time and working multiple sites.

Regis Aged Care

Following a 7-week hiatus in bargaining meetings, parties finally met on the Monday 13 October 2025, at which the ANMF were expecting Regis to table a wage offer, but this did not occur because Regis were not ready. The ANMF is still waiting to receive a bargaining meeting invite, the ANMF is of the belief Regis is using this stalling tactic to gain an advantage.
