As a result of the ANMF advocacy, May Shaw management has agreed to include Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in the October 2025 work value wage increases, as per Government Guidance. View the latest update. 

Southern Cross Care Tasmania

Results of the ANMF’s latest Snap Poll show strong support from members for retaining and strengthening working hours protections in the Enterprise Agreement (EA). View the latest update. 

Anglicare

It has now been some weeks since Anglicare sent the agreement to Fair Work Commission (FWC) for approval, and the commissioner has requested further information and /or undertakings before approving the agreement. The ANMF will inform our members when we hear from the FWC.  

North 

Toosey Aged Care

Bargaining continues for the replacement agreement, when parties met on Thursday 13 November 2025, Toosey quickly pointed out the claims they were not willing to increase, namely your allowances, parental leave and family and domestic violence leave. When asked about a wage offer Toosey declared they were still analysing their offer and would present it to the bargaining team soon. Parties are scheduled to meet on Thursday 27 November 2025. Aged Care Deloraine

The ANMF is waiting to hear from the FWC that the replacement agreement is approved, once we have been notified, we will inform our members.  

South

SCCT Rosary Gardens Closure Update 2 and 3

The ANMF met with Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT) people and culture representatives on Wednesday 12 November 2025. View Update 2.  

The closure of Rosary Gardens is unacceptable to the ANMF, the residents, the staff, and the local community. We are fighting this decision with everything we have, but to be successful, we need to know exactly how you want to take action. View Update 3.  

Glenview

Your ANMF bargaining team has achieved modest further improvements to the proposed nurses agreement and Glenview management is now proceeding to put the agreement to a staff ballot. View the latest update. 

Menarock 

The ANMF has requested further information from Menarock management on how it has applied work value wage increases that were due from the first full pay period on or after 1 October 2025. View the latest update.
