Toosey Aged Care

Toosey has provided a draft agreement to all parties so wording on some clauses can be worked through. The ANMF have been very clear that we do not accept the fact Toosey will not pass any wage increase to nurses in the second year of the agreement, further, Toosey’s explanation that it is “leveling the playing field” between different cohorts of employees seems to be disadvantageous to employees who carry the burden of responsibility in Aged Care. The ANMF continues to seek clarity around these points. ANMF Organiser Nicki Hood will be in the workplace on Tuesday 3 February 2026, members are encouraged to take this opportunity to provide their feedback to the Organiser. View the latest update.

Aged Care Deloraine

The FWC has requested further information and/or undertakings from Aged Care Deloraine before approving the replacement agreement. Once the ANMF has been formed this has occurred we will inform our members.

Eskleigh Foundation

Voting for the replacement agreement concluded Christmas Eve, Eskleigh has forwarded all the relevant documents to the FWC seeking the agreement be approved. Once the ANMF is informed of a successful application we will inform our members.
