The ANMF, on behalf of members has today written to Statewide Mental Health Services (SMHS) management formally requesting benchmarking data from the financial year 2024/2025 be provided within 28 days. If the data is not provided within that timeframe the ANMF will take the view that the matter is in dispute and will seek the assistance of the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) to arbitrate the matter.
