Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)

The ANMF has written to Southern Cross Care (Tas) (SCCT) regarding the pathway to resolve Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining after a majority of staff voted to reject the proposed agreement that SCCT put forward. View the latest update 

Regis Aged Care

Employees spoke clearly in the first vote.   

Following that no vote, Regis Aged Care Pty Ltd (your Employer) has put forward a revised offer and employees will now decide again whether this updated proposed agreement should be approved.

The ANMF advises that participating members have endorsed the proposed Log of Claims (LoC) for bargaining with Calvary Aged Care (your Employer), following member consultation led by the ANMF. View the latest update

Corumbene Care

At the Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining meeting on Tuesday 12 May 2026 your Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation Tasmanian Branch (ANMF) bargaining team spoke to our Log of Claims (LoC).  

Corumbene management indicated it was open to having further discussion about a number of items in our LoC. View the latest update 

Mary Ogilvy

Mary Ogilvy management has proposed to schedule the first bargaining meeting in June 2026, while also committing to provide management’s bargaining position in writing ahead of the meeting.  

This follows the ANMF providing our Log of Claims (LoC) to Mary Ogilvy management on Tuesday 21 April 2026. View the latest update 

Menarock

Our bargaining dispute on behalf of nurse members at Menarock has delivered a win. Menarock management has agreed to retain an entitlement for nurses to 14 weeks paid parental leave at your ordinary rate of pay. View the latest update
