The ANMF attended a further bargaining meeting on Tuesday 1 September 2026, where the lead negotiator provided additional detail regarding the employer’s proposed responses to several items contained within our Log of Claims (LoC). View the latest update

The ANMF has formally raised concerns with the Department of Health regarding the Workforce Performance Turnaround Plan and Best Practice Rostering Stage 2 Program following feedback from Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs), Midwife Unit Managers (MUMs) and members across the North West and North. Australian Public Service

The ANMF has been collaborating with the Commonwealth Public Services Union (CPSU) over all wages, conditions and employment matters that affect Commonwealth employees. We are approaching meeting 11, however most claims discussed so far have been CPSU’s. View the latest update
