Anglicare

The ANMF continues to raise concerns around the Fair Work Value Case (FWVC) and the associated wage increases. Anglicare presses that they pay above award wages and therefore do not need to pass on the wage increases. ANMF believes this to be outside of the guidance set by the Federal Government. ANMF will continue to take these concerns to your employer seeking to have these corrected. View the latest update

Baptcare Karingal

After many years of negotiating, it was pleasing to finally receive notice that the replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA) has been approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) with the effective date of 27 May 2025. Nursing staff should receive their backpay in the first pay period following the approval. ANMF wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the many staff involved in the negotiations noting the solidarity and determination of our members to stand up for a fair wage.

Meercroft Home of the Aged

The ANMF has met with all bargaining parties in an effort to progress the outstanding EA. Parties acknowledge the lengthy pause in proceedings, which were outside of anyone’s control, but accepts this has negatively impacted the wages of all staff. Meercroft will undertake a significant payroll audit to determine the correct wage due to each staff member, while the ANMF will draft a table of outstanding log of claim items to assist with finalising the agreement. The ANMF will keep members up to date with progress on the agreement.
