Menarock
At the bargaining meeting last week, your ANMF bargaining team responded to Menarock’s wages offer, based on feedback from members.
Menarock management indicated it is no longer proceeding with the option that would involve removing payment for meal breaks. The ANMF welcomes this decision. View the latest update.
Glenview Community Services
Glenview management has tabled a wages offer for the Glenview Community Services Nursing Enterprise Agreement and stated that, according to this offer, nurses would not separately receive the October 2025 work value wage increase. There is complexity because the offer includes wage increases that differ depending on your classification level, as do the October 2025 work value wage increases. View the latest update.
Updates are correct as of 15 October 2025.
