Celebrate Health Care Ltd (formally May Shaw Health Centre Inc.)
Following our member meeting on Friday 6 February 2026, the energy across Celebrate Health Swansea is clear: you are ready to head back to the bargaining table. For those who were there, thank you for your input – attendees were keen to reconsider and sharpen your bargaining priorities to ensure the next offer is one you can support.

Regis Aged Care
After a very lengthy gap in negotiations Regis finally responded to the ANMFs request to reconvene the bargaining, with all parties scheduled to meet Thursday 22 January. Unfortunately, Regis cancelled the scheduled meeting with no notice. To date ANMF has not received any indication of when Regis is likely to reschedule this meeting, meaning, once again, Regis is delaying negotiations on the replacement agreement. 

Aged Care Agreements
The Fair Work Commissioner is requesting further information and undertakings for the Eskleigh Foundation, Anglicare and the Aged Care Deloraine Agreements. Once the ANMF receives notice these have been approved, we will inform our members, and the new agreements will be available on our webpage for ease of reference. 

The following agreements will be next for our negotiation team; Calvary Aged Care, One Care, Tandara Lodge and Melaleuca Aged Care.

Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The ANMF thanks members who have completed the recent Log of Claims (LoC) survey. Your responses will now be reviewed and collated into a LoC.  The ANMF will send another email soon asking you to endorse the LoC before it is submitted to your employer in preparation for bargaining. View the latest update 

Tandara Lodge
All members should have received the LoC survey email (sent Thursday 19 February 2026), we encourage you to complete the survey as your responses are critical in shaping the Log of Claims (LoC). If you have not received the email please check your “junk” folder or contact the ANMF by calling 1800 001 241 and we will resend the email. View the latest update

Toosey Aged Care
Toosey has provided a draft agreement to all parties so wording on some clauses can be worked through. The ANMF has been very clear that we do not accept the fact Toosey will not pass any wage increase to Nurses in the second year of the agreement, further, Toosey’s explanation that it is “leveling the playing field” between different cohorts of employees seems to be disadvantageous to employees who carry the burden of responsibility in Aged Care. The ANMF continues to seek clarity around these points.  

South 

Glenview Community Services
The ANMF wishes to advise members that the Glenview Community Services Nursing Enterprise Agreement 2025 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission. 

The agreement will operate from 18 February 2026, and the nominal expiry date is 30 June 2028.  Any wage increases and new entitlements will be effective from the dates as stated in the agreement. View the new agreement  

Mary Oglivy
It was fantastic to see many of you at our member meeting on Thursday 12th February 2026. Queen Victoria Care Nurses
The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation Tasmanian Branch (ANMF) wishes to advise members that the Queen Victoria Home Nursing Enterprise Agreement 2025 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission. 

The agreement will operate from 27 February 2026, and the nominal expiry date is 1 July 2028.   

Queen Victoria Care management has advised that the new wage rates will apply to the current pay run and that Queen Victoria Care will separately process the agreed backpay this Friday. View the new agreement
