Regis Aged Care 

Members have now voted on the proposed Enterprise Agreement (EA), and the outcome is that the agreement has been voted ‘NO’. While the EA covers multiple workplace cohorts, the overall result is that the agreement has not been approved, following a majority ‘NO’ outcome across the voting cohort(s). Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT) 

The ANMF will be engaging with members to discuss the pathway to progress bargaining after a large majority of staff voted to reject Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT) management’s Proposed Agreement. View the latest update. 

North  

Calvary Aged Care 

The ANMF is preparing to formally commence negotiations with Calvary Aged Care (your Employer) for your replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA). View the latest update. 

Meercroft Care 

Voting for the proposed Meercroft Care Inc. Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2026 closed at 1200hrs on Tuesday 28 April 2026. 

A total of 62 eligible Meercroft Care Inc. (your Employer) employees participated in the ballot. To be eligible to vote, employees must have been employed from the start of the access period through to immediately after voting commenced. View the latest update. 

Medea Park 

The ANMF will look to commence surveying members in early May for the replacement EA. Your ANMF Organiser will be in your workplace Friday 8 May to discuss any questions regarding the EA. Members should have already received an email with a link to the Log of Claim survey, please let us know if you have not received this email!  View the latest update. 

Tandara Lodge 

Bargaining for your new EA is now underway. The ANMF met with Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc. (your Employer) for the first bargaining meeting on Thursday 23 April 2026. View the latest update. 

Toosey Aged Care 

Our Industrial Officer has emailed your employer requesting to see the full draft agreement before the ANMF can offer an “in principle” agreement depending upon the offer contained within the agreement. We are working hard to ensure the agreement can be progressed as quickly as possible.  

North West 

Wynyard Care Centre 

The ANMF is writing to update members about the proposed new EA with Synovum Care Group (your Employer) for employees at Wynyard Care Centre. View the latest update. 

South 

Menarock 

The ANMF has initiated a bargaining dispute in the Fair Work Commission (FWC) on behalf of nurse members at Menarock. Our recent survey of nurse members indicates support for fighting to retain nurses’ existing entitlement to 14 weeks paid parental leave. Accordingly, the ANMF is seeking the assistance of the FWC to resolve this issue in Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining. View the latest update. 

Corumbene Care 

After members voted to endorse the ANMF’s Log of Claims (LoC) for Corumbene we have provided the LoC to Corumbene management. View the latest update. 

Huon Regional Care 

On 29 April 2026 the ANMF met with Huon Care Management for a first bargaining meeting and discussed matters including wages and classifications. We will be seeking your feedback on the below. View the latest update. 

Salvation Army Barrington Lodge 

On Thursday 30 April 2026 the ANMF met with Salvation Army management and pressed Salvation Army management to start the bargaining process. View the latest update.
