Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)
The ANMF wishes to advise members that the Southern Cross Care (Tas) Inc Staff Enterprise Agreement 2025 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC).
The agreement will operate from Thursday 13 August 2026 and the nominal expiry date is 30 June 2027.
The agreement provides wage increases effective from the first full pay period on or after 1 December 2025 and 1 July 2026. As a result of delays in bargaining, this will involve backpay. The ANMF is engaging with Southern Cross Care management as to when it will arrange for Payroll to process the backpay.
Nurses are also due to receive the final instalment of wage increases arising from the Aged Care Work Value Case in the FWC from the first full pay period on or after 1 August 2026. As with previous rounds of work value wage increases, these have been separately funded by the Australian Government. View the new agreement
