Celebrate Health

Your new Enterprise Agreement (EA) operates from Tuesday 16 June 2026 and provides a wage increase from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026. Consistent with the Fair Work Commission’s (FWC’s) decision in this year’s Annual Wage Review, your wage will increase by 4.75%. View the latest update

Toosey Aged Care

Voting for the proposed Toosey Enterprise Agreement (EA) 2025-2029 closed at 2100hrs on Sunday 5 July 2026.  

A total of 132 Toosey employees were eligible to participate in the ballot. To be eligible to vote, employees must have been employed from the start of the access period through to immediately after voting commenced. View the latest update

Mary Ogilvy

Mary Ogilvy management has opened an Access Period for staff to consider the proposed agreement prior to a formal all-staff ballot.

Corumbene Care

The ANMF has recently achieved Enterprise Agreements (EAs) with other aged care providers that include care worker wage rates 7% higher than Corumbene’s and nurse wage rates 18% higher than Corumbene’s. View the latest update

Despite you now being overdue for bargained wage increases, Salvation Army management is yet to commence bargaining for your replacement EA.
