Regis Aged Care

We are pleased to advise that the new Regis Aged Care, ANMF & HACSU, Enterprise Agreement – Tasmania 2025 has now been formally approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) on Wednesday 15 July 2026.  

This is a significant milestone and a strong outcome for members working within Regis Aged Care Tasmania, reflecting the collective strength and commitment shown throughout the bargaining process. View the latest update 

OneCare

You were due for the final wage increase provided for under the current Enterprise Agreements (EAs) from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026, with the current agreements both set to nominally expire on Thursday 30 July 2026. View the latest update

Based on feedback from members, the ANMF has written to Care Forward management raising concerns with the consultation process for the proposed organizational restructure affecting Support at Home services. View the latest update

Tandara Lodge

The ANMF recently attended a further bargaining meeting with Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc (your Employer) to discuss the Union’s Log of Claims (LoC) and to better understand your Employer’s position on a range of matters raised during negotiations. View the latest update

BaptistCare 

The ANMF advises that participating members have endorsed the proposed Log of Claims (LoC) for bargaining with BaptistCare (your Employer), following member consultation led by the ANMF. View the latest update

Mary Ogilvy

The Mary Ogilvy Enterprise Agreement 2026 has been approved by a majority of voters in the employee ballot. View the latest update 

Corumbene Care

On Friday 24 July 2026 Corumbene management emailed staff proposed new wage rates without specifying the percentage wage increases.  

The ANMF analysis indicates the percentage wage increases being offered by Corumbene management in Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining would be less than 1% for most nurse classifications and generally 2.5% for care workers and other general staff. View the latest update
