The ANMF wishes to advise members that the Celebrate Health Care Ltd (Previous business entity name May Shaw Health Centre Inc) Enterprise Agreement 2025 has been approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC).  View the latest update 

Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)

Southern Cross Care management has informed us that a majority of the employees who cast a valid vote approved the Southern Cross Care (Tas) Inc Staff Enterprise Agreement 2025  

Southern Cross Care management has informed us of the following outcomes: 

  • 70.2% of eligible employees participated in the Ballot. 
  • Of the employees that participated, 88% approved the agreement.

The ANMF advises that participating members have endorsed the proposed Log of Claims (LoC) for bargaining with Medea Park Association Inc. (your Employer), following member consultation led by the ANMF. View the latest update

Huon Regional Care

Huon Regional Care (HRC) management has scheduled ballots on the proposed agreements, with voting to be conducted over Thursday 18 June 2026 and Friday 19 June 2026.  

The proposed Enterprise Agreements (EAs) contain rates that reflect a 4.75% increase from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026. View the latest update 

Corumbene Care

Corumbene management is further delaying in bargaining, moving the meeting that had been scheduled for Thursday 18 June 2026 to Tuesday 23 June 2026.  View the latest update
