Aged Care Updates - Statewide OneCare Nursing Staff Enterprise Agreement A majority of staff have voted Yes to the OneCare Ltd Nursing Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023. Private Sector Updates - North West Healthe Care – North West Private Hospital (NWPH) - Ballot Results The ANMF has been advised by the Healthe Care bargaining representative that the proposed Enterprise Agreement has not received majority support from staff. In the recent ballot, 78.5% of the votes cast were “no” votes, with 44 votes returned in total. [...]
